Black Ops 3 Shangri La Easter Egg Steps
The goal of this Easter egg is to acquire the focusing stone, a meteorite of element 115. To obtain it, you will need to help Brock and Garry, two adventurers dead in the jungle, but stuck in a time Loop.
In the end, additionally to an achievement, the player picking up the stone will have all perks, even if he goes down and get revived.
Requirements:
- 4 Players
- 31-79 JGb 215
- Terrestrial Mines
- Have the power on
First step:
In the spawning room, around Quick-Revive, there are 4 circular buttons on the wall. Players shall press them at the same time to begin a Eclipse. (Also meaning a time travel.)
Second step:
Head to the first room on the right of the spawn, while facing the PaP. Down the hill, near the right of the tunnel's entrance, lies a brick construction. There should be a button next to the Pharo, press it to start a dialog with Brock and Garry.
Once they have stopped talking, 24 stone tiles will appear on the map, 12 in the area around the button that triggered the previous dialog and 12 others around the wooden bridge on the other side of the map.
Each tile from a side is paired with a tile from the other side. The objective is to make them disappear by both standing on the pair. One player finds a tile and describe it to the second player. Player 1 moves away from any tiles, while Player 2 stand on his plates to find the one Player 1 described to him. When found, both of you will go onto the plate. If correct they will disappear. Repeat this for all the plates. If done wrong, the step need to be restarted.
Here are the 12 different symbols that you can find on the tiles.
- A reversed female gender symbol
- A line perpendicular to three smaller lines
- A lozenge form
- An eight branched star
- A crescent moon
- A circle with a line in it's diameter
- A circle with a point in it's center
- Three dots in a triangular shape
- A triangle form
- A "D" letter
- A "T" letter crossed by a line
- Two arcs crossing
Once all stone tiles have disappeared, a sound should play, and a focusing crystal will raise above the brick construction.
Third step:
Head to the water slide. Three players must use it and stand on the pressure plate at it's bottom. When they are in position, the fourth player must slide into it, using interaction button to activate a trigger while getting down the slide.
If done correctly, the eclipse should end and a dialog will play
Fourth Step:
Head back to the waterfall, near the water slide. There is on top of it a crystal that you need to take down with an explosion. (Grenade, Ray gun, etc ...)
Once it's down, shrink it with the 31-79 JGb 215. Then, knife it and follow it until it sticks itself in the geyser leading to the spawn.
Activate it (by simply standing on it) to project the crystal on a tower, completing the step.
Fifth step:
Activate the eclipse. (step 1)
Go to the tunnel, which contains a statue needed to open PaP, near the Pharo. A valve is located in it, you will have to interact with it 4 times to turn it. You must now lure a napalm zombie into three gas leaks in the basements.
- Next to the valve you just turned
- Next to the geyser
- Before the room with the power generators
Once done, go back to the valve. There is a lever besides it, push it down to complete the step.
Sixth Step:
Activate the eclipse. Go now on the other side of the map, after the wooden bridge in a tunnel leading to the waterfall. In this tunnel stands 4 holes on the walls. You need to use terrestrial mines to fill the holes. Place the mines near them and lure a zombie to blow it up.

Once the holes are filled up, go on the water, a button can be pressed on the brick wall in the middle of the pool. Press it.
If done correctly, Eclipse should end and a new crystal will emerge above the mud maze.
